Absolutely brilliant from start of order, not very technical at all myself I'm stuck in the dark age, so the rep actually designed our kit sent mock up which was brilliant and agreed that was the kit we wanted, have stayed in touch lettin me know when it's been in for production and dispatched, delivery took a day once everything was sorted , I can't recommend unbranded enough from my experience thanks very much kit quality was superb print really clear, delighted with everythin about the kit from start to finish, thank you for all. Your hard work

Was very impressed by service. The top and shorts were superb. I liked how sponsors were printed onto shirt and thatvway can't come off in wash. The socks however were far too tight on grown men and got lit of complaints from players

I would have given a reasonably higher score but the company have chosen to completely ignore me since I found several issues with the kits and asked for them to resolve it.
Initially, the kits I ordered were posted to the wrong customer and then when they did finally arrive, 2 of them had been miss printed. These issues were resolved almost hassle free, and although frustrating I appreciated the quick responses to resolve them.
After using the kits for the first time, we noticed another misprint on the shorts and that 2/11 kits had been provided using a different base top. I have emailed on 4 occasions (with photos) showing these issues and asking if I someone could contact me to resolve this. I have received no response and been completely ignored.
To check they were still receiving emails, I emailed the company from my partners email with a ‘new enquiry’, which as expected received a prompt response from the advisor who I had been dealing with since my initial order.
I am very disappointed in Play Unbranded for completely ignoring me as all of my emails have been reasonable and have asked for nothing more than the issues to be resolved and some form of refund due to the fact I have had 4 mistakes with what was a pretty straightforward order.
It’s a shame that they have chosen to ignore me as up until the 2 recent issues, I would have still recommended the company.
I’d still appreciate a response from someone to acknowledge my emails and provide a resolution but I assume that this will not happen now, meaning I will be taking this further.
***UPDATE***
My issue was finally resolved after being contacted by the company directed. I was sent another set of incorrect kits, the director personally resolved my kit issue and I now have the replacements I requested months ago.

ordered a kit from play unbranded and it looks amazing! the kit looks professional and sleek.
the service was fantastic from the team. My only criticism is that there was no contact number to speak to someone directly
