We work with a number of factories across various countries and because all that we do is 100% bespoke, our goods only go into manufacturing once you are satisfied with the design. This is so we get everything right first time. For these reasons, our commitment is to get our goods delivered within 6 weeks with 90% of our orders delivered within 4 weeks.
Once you have made the payment and signed off the order specifications, you will receive an email with an order reference along with a login for an account with us. Through the account you will be able to track your order and remain up to date with the progress.
As we are a 100% bespoke supplier, as part of our terms and conditions, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the goods received are deemed as faulty or not in line with the order specifications. However as our customer’s satisfaction is paramount to us, we will work with you to ensure everything is delivered to you right first time and accommodate your circumstances as best as we can to ensure you have a lasting experience with us.
In an instance where you receive goods that you feel you haven’t ordered, we recommend you get in touch via emailing your order details along with any photos of the delivered goods as soon as possible to our customer services team at email@example.com. We will then work with you to ensure we rectify any mistakes made at our end. Whilst we endeavour to get everything right first time, like everyone else, there may be occasions where we might have made a mistake and therefore we will take responsibility for it too.
To show you our full range online, we’ve invested a lot of time and effort in providing high quality, high resolution designs, however please note that all screens, monitors, PC’s, laptops and mobile devices do display colours differently, so be sure to read the information about the colours carefully when you sign off the order specification.

We understand the importance of being comfortable with sizes, quality and finishing for most clubs. As such we will accommodate requests for samples however these will be charged at our minimum order quantity price with the possibility of a one off surcharge applicable. However as we are 100% bespoke provider, we will work with you to accommodate your request as best as we can in order to support your club in the long term.
