Unbranded Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries take its responsibility to operate ethically and responsibly very seriously and this statement sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery and the continuing work being carried-out.

This statement has been approved by our Board of Directors for Unbranded Holdings Limited as well as all wholly owned subsidiaries.

Group Structure and Supply Chain

Unbranded Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries is a private limited company specialising in sportswear, leisurewear, activewear and workwear.

At the time of writing we have our sole presence via our website.

Our roots are very much British, we operate across continents and many of our products are produced by third party suppliers mainly located in Pakistan, China, Bangladesh and India.

Our policy on slavery and human trafficking

Unbranded Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and as an organisation we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or in our supply chains.

The whole sourcing and procurement process is overseen by the directors. Whilst we are not a member of The Ethical Trading Initiative, we continue to work closely with all our suppliers and their factories to ensure they operate in line with the Ethical Trading Initiative’s base code; the aims of which are that employment should be freely chosen and that forced or bonded labour cannot be used.

Due diligence process

Unbranded Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries introduced and continues with the initiative to identify potential areas of risk in our supply chain. Where potential risks are identified, a remediation plan will be developed to best address them.

As part of our due diligence, we always seek evidence from our suppliers ensuring they abide by the Ethical Trading Initiative’s base code as well as their local employment and equal opportunity laws. And affirm our stance that we do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking within their own businesses.

Training

As part of our induction process, all new staff receive information to ensure understanding of Unbranded Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries Policies and Procedures.
