All of our orders are fulfilled using a 3^rd party logistics provider. Our lead times are from 4 to 6 weeks however we deliver 95% of our orders within 4 weeks.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive notification from the 3^rd party logistics provider with details of anticipated delivery date and time alongside a tracking number which you can use to get an update on your order delivery status via the 3^rd party logistics provider’s website.

At Play Unbranded Limited, all of our products are made to order therefore upon signing off the specifications for your bespoke order, you enter into contract stipulated by our Terms & Conditions and at that point the order becomes non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
